Stocks to Watch
SOFI 0.00%↑
SOFI has spent much of the June/July trade attempting to move higher off of the support built around $15-16.
In addition to the positive price action, SOFI saw a rather large amount of call positioning take place during Friday’s session.
The calls occurred with SOFI trading in the 18.6-18.8 range and look for a continuation to the $20 area.
This week’s SOFI gamma exposure shows much of what you’d expect from Friday’s bullish price action and option activity. Long gamma exposure above $19.
SOFI pivots
Long >19
Target 20
Continued strength >20 targets gamma exposure at 21
Below 19 simply needs more time, I remain bullish on this stock and think it can continue much higher.
AMZN 0.00%↑
AMZN spent much of the last few weeks of trade testing 247-250, rejecting, trading lower to support and back higher to test again.
With AMZN continuing to move in a way that compresses volatility, it is no surprise that traders spent much of Friday’s session positioning for a move outside higher from this consolidation. The consolidating price action was also in unison with extremely skewed bullish option activity.
